3.1 Advisory Services
Our advisors provide educational guidance, strategic planning, and recommendations. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, returns, or loan approvals. All investment and lending decisions carry inherent risks, which we disclose to clients before engagement.
3.2 Third-Party Providers
Many of our services involve introductions to banks, lenders, custodians, and insurance carriers. These third parties have their own terms and conditions that govern your relationship with them. Global Invest Plan acts as a broker and advisor, not a direct lender or insurer (unless explicitly stated).
4. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
5. Fees and Payment
5.1 Advisory Packages
Our advisory subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of initial sign-up. Pricing is listed on our website and in engagement letters. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars.
5.2 Loan & Service Fees
Loan origination fees, closing costs, insurance premiums, and tax filing fees are disclosed in advance. Third-party fees are passed through without markup unless otherwise disclosed.
5.3 Cancellation
Advisory subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No refunds are issued for partial months, but service continues through the paid period. Loan and insurance applications may be non-refundable once submitted to third parties.
5.4 Late Payments
Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly charge (18% annualized) or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less. Accounts more than 60 days past due may be referred to collections.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and trademarks — is the property of Global Invest Plan or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.3 "As-Is" Services

9. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11.2 Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Curry County, Oregon. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
11.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability and indemnification) will continue in effect.
